Nadia Khan
Nadia Khan joined Murchison Thomson & Clark LLP as associate counsel in 2009 after completing a double LL.M. from New York University in Justice & Human Rights and the National University of Singapore in International & Comparative law. Ms. Khan obtained her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2005 and clerked for the British Columbia Supreme Court in 2006. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2008 and restricts her practice to criminal law.
