Karen Lally
Karen Lally joined Murchison Thomson & Clarke LLP as associate counsel in 2010. Ms. Lally practices in the area of family law and insurance defence.
Ms. Lally obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in England in 2002. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006.
Ms. Lally deals with all family law matters, including divorce, custody, guardianship, access, child and spousal support and property division. Ms. Lally also negotiates and drafts separation, cohabitation, and marriage agreements.
Ms. Lally represents clients in both Provincial and Supreme Court. In addition, Ms. Lally encourages negotiated settlements for clients through mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
